Refund policy


At SATOSHI, customer satisfaction and trust are our top priorities.

If you wish to request a return, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with the free return and refund process according to our return policy.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date the returned item arrives at our logistics center.

Please note that refunds will not be available for items that show signs of use (damage, removed tags, stains, etc.) or are no longer in a resellable condition.


🔁 Exchange / Return / Refund Process

Exchanges:
SATOSHI does not offer an exchange service.
If you wish to exchange an item, please request a return after receiving the product and place a new order.

Return Window:
For change-of-mind returns, you must notify us of your return intent within 5 days of receiving the product, and the item must arrive at the return address within 14 days.

Defective Items:
If the product is defective, a refund is available within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Request & Shipping:
Once your return request is received via customer service, we will help schedule a courier pickup.
Returned items must arrive within 14 days of request submission to proceed with inspection.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the inspection. Actual refund deposit dates may vary depending on your payment method.



Important Notes on Returns:

  • All original components including samples, gifts, and packaging must be returned.

  • Partial returns or partial refunds for change-of-mind cases are not accepted.

  • If you use a courier service other than our designated shipping partner, you are responsible for any additional shipping costs, damage, or loss.

  • Items purchased at offline stores are subject to the respective store's policy. Items purchased online cannot be exchanged or refunded in-store.

  • If your item was damaged during delivery, please take a photo and contact customer service. We will assist you promptly.
